Start the month in the historic city of Ferrara, Emilia-Romagna, which was featured in Vittorio De Sica's famous film, The Garden of the Finzi-Continis. It's a beautiful city and a World Heritage Site. The Ferrara Musica Festival has three concerts of interest during March and continues until May.
