What do you think about FREE? From June 29 to July 3 the little city of Isola del Liri in the central Italian Latium region hosts the Liri Blues Fest. I don't think that I have to introduce Rome. From October 7 to November 30 the Eternal City hosts the RomaEuropa Festival, devoted to music, dance, and theatre. This will give you just one more reason to visit during the "off-season".
