San Lorenzo is a Fifteenth Century Basilica situated in central Florence. It is just a short walk northwest of the Duomo, the Florence Cathedral. Don't miss this beautiful building and the surroundings. You may want to consider a hotel in this neighborhood that tends to be less expensive than if you are right around the Cathedral.
